- The Fixpencil automatic pencil was created in 1929 and it was the first product of the Swiss company with a metal body. The revolutionary gripping mechanism makes this instrument a true icon of Swiss design.
- Thanks to its aluminum body, the Fixpencil is very durable, made 100% in Switzerland. It is lightweight but sturdy, the hexagonal shape - inspired by the shape of the company's pencils - and the ergonomic lines provide a perfect grip. The 3mm 3B pencil, has a sharpener in a push-button mechanism and can be easily filled with graphite, which is also produced in Caran d'Ache's workshops in Geneva.
- The pencil is housed in a lightweight and durable Slimpack packaging.
