An information clause related to the procedure involved in personal data processing

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    1. the necessary and correct implementation of the agreement/commercial service, including taking action before the conclusion of the agreement/acceptance of the order, at the request of the data subject – the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 point b), and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation,
    2. carrying out activities in accordance with the consents given by you – the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 point a) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation,
    3. carrying out activities required by the applicable legal and administrative regulations – the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 point c), and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation,
    4. serving the legitimate interests of PBS, in particular:
        1. pursuing, meeting or securing claims against customers,
        2. conducting analyses of the quality of sales services provided,

      and the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 point f) and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

  4. Your data has been obtained as part of the implementation of an agreement/commercial service, and it includes:
    1. first name and last name,
    2. company name,
    3. contact details and e-mail address,
    4. information on business activities.
  5. The recipients of your personal data will be::
    1. employees of PBS authorised to process personal data,
    2. entities providing informational, communicational, organisational and technical services to PBS,
    3. institutions authorised to process personal data under the applicable law,
    4. your personal data detailed in point 4 above will not be transferred to a third country/an international organisation.
  6. Your personal data will be processed as long as there is no objection to the processing, and, in the case of an objection, for the period of the limitation of claims that the data subject might be entitled to.
  7. As your Personal Data Administrator, we would like to inform you that you have the right to access and correct your data. You also have the right to delete data, to transfer data, the right to limit or demand the cessation of the processing and the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to implement the activities referred to in point 3 of this information clause.

The above information clause fulfils the legal obligation resulting from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation). It does not require any action on your part.
