- Salicylic acid corns patches are designed to protect against the painful pressure of skin lesions, protect against abrasions and help remove corns effectively and safely. They reduce the pressure on the painful area, providing immediate relief.
- By wearing the patch for an extended period of time and the resulting cutoff of air, the skin becomes soft and water accumulates in the keratin.
- Thanks to this process, the skin or keratinized conglomerate of cells softens and is easy to remove.
- Removal of the corns is further facilitated by the ring-filling compound, which contains salicylic acid and lactic acid, as well as saponins, terpenes and copaia balsam.
- 6 pcs in j.s.
- USE: Apply as directed. First remove the protective film. Apply the patch to a clean and dry foot so that the protective ring surrounds the corns, so that the patch protects the affected area from pressure and abrasion, bringing immediate relief. The patch should be carefully adhered, so that it acts as an occlusive dressing. Placed in a non-woven ring, the pulp, containing salicylic acid and lactic acid, and excipients further facilitate the removal of the corns. Use the patches until the corns are removed, a maximum of 10-14 days. Each patch should be applied for about 24 hours. Once the treatment is complete, the middle part of the corns can be removed using a warm foot bath with salt and soap.If the skin becomes sensitive and redness appears during the treatments, wait before applying more patches.
- The corns patch is intended for external, single-use, stand-alone application only to the changed skin (corns). The corns patch must not be used: in case of known hypersensitivity to salicylic acid, salicylates and to any of the other components of the patch, in infants, children, on diseased skin (e.g. inflammation, wounds, eczema), in patients with kidney disorders (renal failure), in diabetic patients and in patients with poor blood circulation and inflammation of blood vessels. Salicylic acid may increase the permeability of the skin to other locally applied drugs. The salicylic acid corns patch must not come into contact with mucous membranes. Especially avoid contact with the eyes, and must not be applied to the face. In the case of pregnancy and lactation, the use of patches must be limited to areas smaller than 5 cm. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
